If We Made a Mistake
If we sent the wrong size or the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost.
Sizing
Size charts are provided for every item, and customers are responsible for choosing the correct size.
If a return is needed due to the size selected, a restocking fee will apply.*
* Size returns are only accepted for non-personalized items.
Defective Items
If your item is defective, please send it back for review. Once confirmed, we will replace it at no charge.
Personalized Items
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
If a personalized item is defective, we will replace it once the issue is confirmed.
Final Sale
Worn, washed, or clearance items cannot be returned.
